Hi, I’m Bry

My path to becoming a Clinical Nutritionist wasn’t born from a hobby, but instead a physical breakdown. In my 20s, I had the best intentions; I was training hard but chasing a version of wellness that was actually destroying me. Trapped in a cycle of disordered eating and over-training, my body eventually hit a wall. I lost my cycle entirely for 8 years, my hormones flatlined and my health deteriorated to the point where my bones were constantly breaking. I was doing everything right by industry standards, yet I had never been more unwell. I also contracted a severe parasitic infection that could only be resolved with 3 rounds of chemotherapy. I was at rock bottom.

That frustration became my clinical fuel. I went back to university to understand why my ‘healthy’ habits were backfiring. Today, my reality is different. My cycle is restored, my metabolism is resilient and I still chase ultramarathons. I’m not just obsessed with the science of the female endocrine system, but truly know what it’s like to rebuild it. I’m here to ensure you have the clinical map to do the same.

My Approach

I bypass the wellness industry noise to focus on two primary engines of female health: hormones & metabolism. My clinical framework is built on 3 physiological pillars:

1 / Understanding your hormonal Landscape

Hormones do not act in isolation. To get you unstuck, we must look at the entire landscape. I analyse the intricate relationship between your endocrine system, your nervous system and your metabolic health.

By understanding how these systems communicate, we can identify exactly where your physiology is being disrupted.

2 / Pathology & data

We don’t guess. By reviewing your bloodwork and functional testing, we precisely identify the exact points of hormonal and metabolic misalignment.

We look at the data. For example, insulin sensitivity, cortisol patterns or thyroid function to understand the why behind your symptoms.

Then we can apply treatment strategies that make clinical sense.

3 / Metabolic restoration

I move away from the restriction mindset to design protocols that prioritise metabolic flexibility, cellular repair & actually fit real life.

No quick fixes here. Why? Temporary solutions only give you temporary results.

I’m here to help you build a nutritional framework that supports your health goals for the long term.
