Bry Dunstan Clinical Nutritionist

Hi, I'm Bry. A Clinical Nutritionist with a deep passion for helping women feel their best, physically, emotionally, and in every aspect of their wellbeing.

I work with women through all stages of life, with a particular focus on hormone health, thyroid conditions, menstrual cycle support, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, menopause, fertility and postpartum recovery, alongside skin, weight management, metabolic health and more. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a personal, compassionate touch because your body, your story and your goals are completely unique.

For me, food is far more than nourishment... It is one of the most powerful and accessible tools for healing. I apply nutrition therapeutically to support vibrant health at the cellular level. I also believe symptoms are your body’s way of communicating. My role is to help you understand those signals, uncover the root causes, and create a personalised plan that is realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your lifestyle. â€‹

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors soaking up nature (most likely on a trail run in the bush), adventuring with my partner and our golden, at a Pilates studio or in the kitchen creating nourishing meals. I also love sharing women’s health insights on Instagram @wellnessby.bry.

Parker the Golden Retriever

Parker is more than my golden retriever… He’s my golden shadow, constant sidekick, and the heart behind Wellness by Bry. With his gorgeous brown eyes and infectious smile, he has a way of making every day brighter. He’s by my side for almost everything: greeting me with an enthusiastic tail wag, curling up next to me during client calls, and insisting on regular breaks for a walks along the trail.

Parker’s true gift is joy. He has an incredible ability to lift a mood in seconds, offer unconditional love, and somehow convince you that sharing your snack is always the right choice.

While he’s not officially trained in nutrition, he’s an expert in wellbeing and constantly reminds me (and by extension, my clients) about the value of rest, play, fresh air, and connection. He’s living proof that sometimes the best therapy is found in slowing down, breathing deeply, and soaking up the simple, happy moments.
