If you haven’t seen me before you must book an initial consultation. Review consultations are for returning clients only.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. It will be applied towards your total fee on the day of your appointment.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule and your deposit will be transferred to the new booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and don’t reschedule, or if you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

All sessions are conducted via telehealth unless otherwise specified. A link to join the appointment will be provided in your booking confirmation.

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to finish at the scheduled time. The full session fee will still apply.

You will need a working camera, microphone and speakers (or a headset) and you simply follow the link provided in your booking confirmation - no downloads required.

If you experience connection problems, please contact me as soon as possible so we can troubleshoot or reschedule if needed.
