1. What type of service do I book?

If you haven't seen me before you MUST book an initial consultation. Reviews are for returning clients only. 

2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. It will be applied towards your total fee on the day.

3. What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule and your deposit will be transferred to the new booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and don’t reschedule, or if you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

4. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely. You can reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice and your deposit will carry over. Please use the contact form to do so.

5. What type of appointment is this?
All sessions are conducted via telehealth unless otherwise specified. A link to join the appointment will be provided in your booking confirmation. 

6. What if I’m late to my appointment?
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to finish at the scheduled time. The full session fee will still apply.

7. Do I need to download or have anything ready?
You will need a working camera, microphone and speakers (or a headset) and you simply follow the link provided 
in your booking confirmation - no downloads required. 

8. What if I have technical issues during a telehealth session?
If you experience connection problems, please contact me as soon as possible so we can troubleshoot or reschedule if needed.

9. Do I treat men? 

Absolutely! While my practice is primarily focused on women's health, I also provide tailored nutrition support for men. From optimising general health and wellbeing, to offering pre-conception nutrition advice for couples preparing to grow their family.
